Laurie has spent over thirty years in commercial and residential cleaning — first with a cart in her hands, later on the phones as a salesperson. She has seen the industry from both ends.

What she kept running into was the same thing, over and over: businesses paying good money and still chasing someone to do the job properly. Crews that changed every month. Corners cut once the contract was signed. Owners who had no way of telling, up front, which companies were any good.

So we built the thing she wished had existed. We don’t clean your building — we find the companies that do it right, put them through five checks before they ever reach you, and stay on it after the contract starts.

We’re new as a business and we’d rather say that than fake a wall of five-star reviews. What we can offer instead is thirty years of knowing what good looks like, and the fact that our name is on every company we recommend. You’ll always be dealing with one of us directly — never a call centre.

Do I pay Shine Brite anything?

No. Our service is free to the business requesting the quote. We're paid by the cleaning company we place with you — and only for as long as you keep them. If they let you down and you let them go, we stop getting paid. That's deliberate: it means we have exactly one reason to recommend a company, and it's that they're right for your building.

How is this different from calling cleaning companies myself?

You can absolutely call around. The difference is the screening. Every company we put in front of you has had its insurance, WSIB clearance and bonding documents verified as current and legitimate, background checks confirmed for every technician, an on-site audit inspection scored against our checklist, and client references phoned. Most businesses don't have time to do that for five companies.

How fast will I hear back?

Tell us. We keep auditing partners after the contract starts — quarterly site checks and insurance re-verified on renewal. Repeat complaints get a company removed from our list, and we'll help you move to another vetted partner.
